Improving Baby Development At Home
Make your own contrast cards, play classical music (or anything without lyrics, you can find lofi versions of your favorite songs, video game soundtracks, etc), use audiobooks in multiple languages, get lots of tummy time and skin to skin, massage their muscles, play on their side and focus on their center, encourage visual tracking in all 180 degrees, stimulate the mouth with textures & flavors before & during feeds, don’t play background television or content, no screentime until age 2 years, sing and talk to your baby, be responsive, back and forth, let them sleep on their own schedule & spend their nights in your room for well over a year, set good examples starting on day 1, be honest with your children, give them every opportunity & advantage you can, just love them.
