Tube Management
You can buy g-tube belts on etsy or amazon. We are currently developing our own g-tube belt that will fasten to a cloth diaper. Once we figure it out, we will post the designs here for you to make your own, as well as probably try to sell them.
We also purchased a merlin sleep suit and added a second zipper (so it opens from the bottom while zipped closed) to be able to run the g-tube tube into while she is sleeping, but we haven’t had to use it yet, will report back soon and also include a tutorial for adding the second zipper.

In the meantime, we typically keep our baby naked in a cloth diaper and fold a blankie into a thin strip to lay over her. This leaves her legs free to kick, and we tuck the blankie under her arms so they are also free, but it keeps her body warm and protects the g-tube button. This also makes it easy to attach and detach the pump tube whether she is awake or asleep by gently lifting the bottom of the blankie strip near her waist and doing what needs to be done.
We keep the pump in a backpack that was modified for the enteral pump, and place that in the pack’n’play with her, which we can then push around and move while she is feeding without disturbing her.
